Roseline brings more than 30 years of international management experiences in the retail consumer and futures industry in the Asian markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, India, Japan and Hong Kong.

With more than 20 years of experience in the futures markets, Roseline held several senior executive positions, beginning her career in the futures brokerage industry as Head of Retail FX at REFCO LLC before heading up the E-Retail Division for Commodities and Derivatives at DBS Vickers Singapore. Moving into the Futures Exchange space, she held the position as Head of Markets & Membership – Commodities and Derivatives at the Singapore Exchange. In 2010, together with key team members, Roseline pioneered the birth of the Straits Financial Group and currently serves at the Group’s Management level as Senior Vice President.

As Country Head to the Straits Financial entities in Indonesia, Roseline oversees the Straits Group’s businesses in Indonesia and works closely with both the domestic commodity industry players and the regulators to serve and promote the development of the Indonesia futures and physical commodity market.
