- The Customer submits a complaint via email or telephone.
- The Customer completes the online complaint form on the website and uploads the required information and supporting documents, including the chronology or description of the complaint, the Customer’s identity, proof of fund transfer, and a special power of attorney (if complaint is submitted by a proxy).
- After the complaint is verified and approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (CoFTRA), the complaint is handled at the Futures Broker level through a deliberation process to reach a consensus.
- The complaint handling process shall be completed within a maximum period of 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date of CoFTRA’s approval.
- If no consensus is reached, the dispute resolution process shall proceed to Mediation at the Futures Exchange.
- If the parties fail to reach an agreement through Mediation, the dispute may be resolved through the Commodity Futures Trading Arbitration Board (BAKTI).
- The results of the complaint handling process are reported to CoFTRA.
